EXHIBITION EXTENDED UNTIL 29 JUNE!
The artists of the exhibition work around the issues of slipping into extremities, and polarisation. They respond to the current state of the world according to which people are continuously invited to place themselves into the gravitational field of certain extremities, to fall into one of them, to let go of the myth of the “middle course”. A life dependant on such antagonisms – as these antagonisms are artificially created –, is always liable to the dangers of slipping away, of trauma,or it can end up on an orbit whose route no one knows.
The group exhibition involves installations, photo and video pieces, respectively intermedia works that draw the contours of these polarities. The invited artists approach the problem from an economic, political, and social perspective, not forgetting the topics of identity and gender either.
The exhibition is part of the REFLEX 4 International Theatre Festival program.
